in accordance with section 90 of the Public Financial Management Act 2013. The IFIs are a code of instructions and provide guidance on accounting matters applicable to all officers in the service of the Solomon Islands Government whether direct employees, contract officers or seconded from other organizations within the Solomon Islands or Overseas. In accordance with Finance Circular 08-2013, the Interim Financial Instructions became effective on 1 January 2014 and are provided below.
